It's a mystery! No one knows for sure the reason
for this unusual coloring and many are the
explanations for this enigma. Of all the explanations, the best known is the
following.
The doors
and windows are blue because the village only had one store and that store only
had blue paint. Given the isolation of the village and the lack of means of the
population, the trips to neighboring villages were basically at that time ... a
sequel of the movie “Into the Wild”!
Thus,
given the lack of choice, blue has been imposed and is now an integral part of
the architectural of Piódão village.
